Can I return my Wi-Fi video doorbell if it does not work?

If the product does not work as specified, you can return your order to the warehouse within 30-days of purchase for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.

If the product does not work, just go through our support process to receive an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization label – your domestic shipping costs are prepaid if tech support authorize it as defective. Your assumption of defective product is not acceptable until you receive approval from tech support.

Compatibility.
You acknowledge that you have verified the compatibility of the Products you are purchasing with other equipment in your home

1. Ensuring that your Wi-Fi signal strength is 50% or higher in the expected dbell installation location,

2. your Wi-Fi frequency is compatible with the dbell wireless frequency like 2.4GHz,

3. Your existing doorbell transformer provides sufficient power between 12V~24VAC, 0.5~1.0A).

You are solely responsible for determining the compatibility of the Products with other equipment in your home, and you accept that lack of compatibility is not a valid claim under the warranty provided with your Products and does not otherwise constitute a basis for receiving a refund after the 30-day refund policy described below.

All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

Return Policy
Return with dbell.ca – It’s Easy:

  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date if it does not work as specified and you receive authorization from tech support.
  • You can also return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date if it works, but you just want to return,; you pay the both shipping charges. The shipping cost to ship the product to you and Return shipping. Or you can drop off the product to our warehouse.
  • Products must be unused, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging with all accessories included.
  • Return shipping is absolutely FREE for defective products authorized by tech support. “Shipping Fee” applies for any other returns  or working product.
  • You will be provided with a pre-paid Canada Post domestic label to return the purchase to us when a RMA is issued to you.
  • Please do not send your purchase back without authorization.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

*Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from Canada.
